There is so much happening in the world today that pulls us away from ourselves — constant noise, division, overwhelm, and disconnect. Somewhere along the way, many of us have lost sight of the sanctity of our lives and the profound gift of simply being here. I believe much of the turmoil we see in the world is a reflection of this disconnect. When we forget our own sacredness, it becomes easier to forget the sacred value of one another.
